OpenTone will keep all the customer information secure. Any type of customer information will not be sold or revealed to any third party. OpenTone gets customer information during subscription or registration and all that information will not be exposed to anyone without the consent of the customer.

Use of Customer Information
OpenTone will never reveal any type of customer information to any third parties. OpenTone may require customer information for several purposes. For example, OpenTone will need customer information during sign up, billing, solving service related issues, provisioning of service or even to inform the customers of new products it is offering. It is entirely up to the subscribers if they want to use their personal information for the purpose of marketing new products from OpenTone. OpenTone will not use the information of those customers who do not feel comfortable using their information for direct marketing. Their entire personal information will be kept confidential.

OpenTone Complete Privacy
All customers have their complete privacy. OpenTone will not read any private email of any subscriber. OpenTone will also not listen to any kind of conversations that are being transmitted through the service other than authorized by law. No email or communication of any customer will be revealed to any third party by OpenTone.

OpenTone Online Account
OpenTone will not be responsible for the information of a customer on OpenTone Account. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all the information on the account like name, address, phone number, billing information is current as well as accurate.

Secure Information
OpenTone strives to provide all of its customers will complete privacy. OpenTone uses a number of security features to ensure the complete privacy of each and single customer. It does not end here. OpenTone is still investing in further technologies and implementing more security features to maintain security of all customer information in every part of the organization.

OpenTone Children Privacy
OpenTone will not sell any of its products or services to children or any teenager who is under the age of eighteen. OpenTone will also not collect or save any personal information from children. If you have any doubts that any minor has exposed any type of personal information to OpenTone, please inform us immediately by contact OpenTone Customer Care Department. OpenTone strives to make sure that no type of information is accepted from a minor at any time.

Use of Customer Information for Unlawful Activity
OpenTone may use any customer information to prevent a certain activity that is against the law or that could threat the reliability of the service. OpenTone can only use customers' information to prevent this kind of behavior that could violate the laws of OpenTone service.

Spam Policy of OpenTone
All spam complaints made to OpenTone will be dealt seriously. Customers will be responsible for their actions. All such matters will be taken seriously and it could also cause a customer or a subscriber to lose all OpenTone privileges. Customer can even lose OpenTone account.
